getList Calibration Lab Candidates
Minimal id+name list of active external organizations of the given type, for the calibration wizard's Calibration Lab picker (External Accredited Lab / Customer's Asset types). Deliberately open to any non-Viewer and deliberately minimal — the full organization profile (contact, address, VAT) stays Admin/Super-Admin-only via the main GET /organizations listing; this endpoint exists so that restriction doesn't block a Technician from picking a lab/customer in the wizard.
